Nursing bras are notorious for being ugly things a breast feeding mother has to wear, day in day out. Horrible design, clips, unattractive, chunky and old fashioned on the whole. Admittedly ladies need that extra support when full of milk, and big boobed mama’s more so, but there should be more on offer that doesn’t cost a fortune. It is true that it makes you feel more confident, comfortable and happy if you are wearing nice underwear.
This Storq nursing bra is very simple, no fuss, even fairly boring but it isn’t chunky and unattractive. It doesn’t have clips, just pull to the side access, made in super soft fabric and extra flexible when your cup size changes or boobs are super full.
Maybe not ideal for those that need extra support for the bigger chest, but if you don’t we highly recommend these.
I’ve been looking at kids furniture recently, as the boys keep asking (Rudy asking, Wilbur nodding) for bunk beds and totally fell in love with this Scandinavian furniture. It’s simply beautiful, details are gorgeous, even looks delicate and SO pretty.
We’re loving these unisex bracelets by American brand Miansai right now.
The company began in 2008 and have an array of goods, from these bracelets, rings, solid gold accessories, leather goods, and the women’s watches caught my eye too. Simple, clean designs with nice details.
We have Beau LOves Bows & Arrows AW14 collection available to order online now. A great collection, bound to be a sell out. Great prints of bows & arrows, crosses, mini masks and feathers. Oversized shapes, lots of masks, and new underwear in this season’s collection! We love ♥
We love everything about these wooden toys. Kukkia have 2 collections, gg* have soft colours, finished with bees wax. Kiko+ have bold colours and the pieces are unfinished, so children can feel the grain of the wood. Children can have lots of imaginative play with these toys. Love the coloured domino stars, which are numbered to also practice counting, or building up. The little towns are adorable, there is also a London and Paris version.
Pendelton blankets were a staple in my house growing up and I was so excited to see that they teamed up with buggy favourite Bugaboo for their newest collaboration. The ‘Pendelton Collection‘ comprises of a selection of three different Bugaboo strollers, all with their own unique Pendelton patterns that each have a deep meaning sewn into them and lovely blankets woven in Pendeltons woolen mills. The Bugaboo Donkey comes in the classic Black and Red Tartan known as the Rob Roy. The Cameleon3 in the crossroads pattern reflects the directions of a compass. My most favourite design would have to be The Spirit of the Peoples Design on the Bugaboo Bee because not only is it my most favourite stroller, but the turquoise and red pattern is stunning. Living in London our babies spend so much of their day in the stroller, it’s so nice to have brands that are making it a colourful space! Now I’m thinking it’s time for a new buggy …
Another great company putting Pendelton in the mix are Camp Wolf. Camp Wolf makes adorable jean jackets and accessories with the native american inspired fabrics. Their website launches this Sunday, but until then check out their instagram.
Love these Moba moses baskets that I spotted in John Lewis. So refreshing to see something that’s not wicker or white.
Made in the U.K from eco-friendly recyclable material that has anti-microbial and hypoallergenic properties, so it’s an ideal choice for babies with allergies such as eczema or asthma. Available in 8 bright colours, soft to the touch and comes with a 100% brush cotton liner. Lovely and modern, could be recycled after as a storage tub (I thought), if not kept or passed on to a friend or family member.
We saw the Tower Chair at Playtime Paris last week. It is designed by 2 Danish ladies called Charlotte and Camilla, that both studied Architecture. The high chair was developed over 3-4years and got the seal of approval in 2011. The chair lasts up until the age of 6yrs and folds for storage.
